Hello and welcome to our 2nd development blog! Thank you all for your positive comments on our announcement, and we hope you're settling into our new forums well! Thank you to all our silent watchers on steam for getting us to 150 members in under 24 hours! If you haven't joined our group please do so here.

Now to the blog.

We've just finished perfecting our movement animations, (Crouching, Walking, Aiming, Running) so we thought it'd be cool to show you how some of these look in a team play setting. The unit used is the 3rd (East Kent) Regiment of Foot - "The Buffs".

Remember everything is in Pre-Alpha and far from finished.

Shouldnt it be "Make ready"? As in "Make ready - Present - Fire!"
Otherwise i have to say it sounds very good

We recorded more but I'll leave Baillie to answer this considering he has all the raw audio.

Hear Hear! Thank you!

I am also glad to here present. Many people make the mistake by yelling aim..... With the reason: "present meens present arms"

No Present arms meens present arms :) glad you guys know it :)

In my opinion the voice makes me think more of a american or hardened sailor then a British officer.

I believe the brief was hard NCO, someone who had spent time with Officers but also the rankers. A mix of both, if you listen you can hear the end of the words getting a tad more posh? I think so anyways.

The voice commands demonstrated above are but a very small sample of what we've recorded. It was also our first session so we have much more planned!
